01 — About

The full picture.

I am an AI-First Technical Agile Delivery Professional currently embedded on Athena Task Order 6 through Booz Allen Hamilton. My role is deliberately dual — I lead delivery and I build things. I do not manage from the sideline.

I built a certificate information monitoring platform using Python, Kubernetes, Helm, and Terraform. I wrote the front-end. I shipped it on GitLab Pages. That project validated a pattern I have applied ever since: use the best available tools, automate the observation layer, and make the output visible to the whole team.

I run a managed team of AI agents with defined roles that operate daily across my development and delivery workflows. This is not experimental. It is how I work, and I can demonstrate it on request.

Outside of work I am a single father and a football coach with a record of winning in two states. I bring the same accountability and long-range thinking to every team I touch, whether that team is on a field or in a sprint.

Python service surfacing certificate expiry, chain status, and health data across a mission environment. Deployed on Kubernetes via Helm charts with full Terraform IaC. GitLab Pages frontend for zero-overhead team visibility.

AI Agent Orchestration Framework

A managed team of AI agents with defined roles operating daily. Not a proof of concept — a production workflow. Agents handle development tasks, reviews, and delivery operations. LLM integration embedded across the toolchain.

IaC-first approach using Terraform and Helm for full lifecycle management. Automated alerting and monitoring pipelines replacing manual operational toil. Architecture decisions documented and repeatable.

03 — Agile Delivery & Client Engagement

Delivery is a
contact sport.

I have been on both sides of the delivery lifecycle — the engineer who ships and the lead who manages the stakeholder relationship. I do not separate those roles. The best delivery happens when technical credibility and stakeholder trust exist in the same person.

Pre-Sales Technical Advisory

I translate complex mission requirements into architecture, scope, and business value. I have shaped delivery strategy and SOWs in high-stakes federal environments where technical depth closes the deal. I know how to make a customer confident enough to sign.

Stakeholder Management

I work directly with senior stakeholders inside the IC. I identify dissatisfaction before it becomes an escalation, establish recovery actions early, and maintain the relationship through delivery challenges. I share lessons learned, not excuses.

SAFe & Scrum at Scale

Led multi-team SAFe programs. Facilitated PI planning, ART sync, and cross-team dependency management. Advanced Certified ScrumMaster with real delivery history behind it — not just a badge.

WBS & Program Leadership

I generate and own Work Breakdown Structures, manage work streams end to end, and provide oversight across partner teams. I assess technical and business risk and develop mitigations before they become program issues.

Mentorship & IP Development

I mentor engineers and product owners. I identify knowledge that should be harvested into reusable IP. I have eliminated 5,000+ labor hours annually through process optimization and knowledge systemization. Scale through systems, not headcount.

04 — Community & Coaching

Legacy is the work that outlasts you.

I have been coaching youth football for over 16 years. Four championships — three in Texas, one in Virginia — and a runner-up finish last fall that confirmed the program is still on the right trajectory. Winning across two different states, with different kids, different resources, and different cultures, taught me something important: systems and culture travel. Individual talent does not.

I am a single father raising my children with the same values I coach. Accountability. Consistency. Building something that outlasts the moment you are in. Those are not soft values to me — they are operational principles.

Everything I build professionally is informed by the same mindset: build systems that teach, document what works, and leave the next person better than you found them.

Legacy Seven United

I founded Legacy Seven United in Virginia to connect the programs I have built across two states. In Texas I co-founded Frisco Elite with Rob Washington. Legacy Seven United is the umbrella — giving kids in Texas more exposure and experiences, and doing the same for the kids here in Virginia.

Right now it is a brand and a mission. The long-term goal is 501(c)(3) status, but the work does not wait for paperwork. The same discipline I apply to platform architecture, applied to youth development.

The Short Version

I am an AI-First Technical Agile Delivery Professional embedded on Athena Task Order 6 through Booz Allen Hamilton. My role spans delivery leadership and active engineering — I do not manage from the sideline.
